Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges.
New Zealand Delivery Costs
We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary, in your online shopping basket.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for goods will be dispatched within three days of an order being placed. All our packages are sent through New Zealand Post, or by Fastway Couriers. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your parcel.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame, please email us. We will lodge an enquiry for you with the relevant courier service.

In-store pick up is an option that you can select at checkout. In-store pick up is available during store hours, Monday – Sunday, 10am – 3pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you think any item unsatisfactory, return the item in an unworn state with the tag attached for a full refund. Any complaints about our products should be sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look into your complaint carefully and will notify you of the outcome.
